ZACH ACKERMAN
In 2010 Zach Ackerman began his construction career with humble beginnings working for a local plumbing and heating company in the Northeast. Persevering side by side with the owner, Zach mastered how to create construction take offs, schedule a job, and realize profits, but most of all he recognized his passion for construction.
Ten years later, Zach landed at Langbeen Builders as the company’s project manager, handling client communications, specifications, and selections. A run-of-the-mill day for Zach includes purchasing interior home items such as door hardware, siding, sinks/faucets, appliances, lighting, and tile. He’s the point person for ensuring clients get what they need and when they need it. In addition, he oversees the company’s project management system, handles permits, and secures property acquisitions — all while assisting Scott Langbeen in the field.
FUN FACT:
Zach has a dedicated personal assistant, Cooper, whose compensation package includes dog treats, long walks, and occasional table scraps.
