Scott Langbeen

Owner and Founder of Langbeen Builders. Scott is a third generation builder, he started his career as a trim and framing carpenter soon followed by building homes. Scott’s biggest focus is using his decades of hands on experience to push projects along and to get ahead of situations before they become problems.

Luke Langbeen

Chief Financial Officer of Langbeen Builders. Luke is the fourth generation builder in the family. He graduated school from UNCW with a degree in accounting, he now uses his schooling and experience in construction to enhance the customer experience.

Zach Ackerman

Project Manager for Langbeen Builders. Zach has a variety of construction experience with multiple trades along with many years in the service industry. Zach’s experience has helped him to become the liaison for ensuring client success during the build all while helping out in the field.

 

Tracey Byers

Office Manager for Langbeen Builders. Coming from a corporate marketing background, Tracey pivoted her role to becoming the essential back stop for all things in the office and client facing. Tracey’s many vital roles help her keep all the guys in check and things running smoothly.

Josh Sherrill

Project Manager for Langbeen Builders. Josh’s work ethic and charisma stems from his service in the US Army. That mixed with Josh’s prior construction experience has allowed Josh to step into his role of on site construction management. His good attitude and work ethic helps establish a productive relationship with trades and helps to keep projects moving forward.

Ryan Bowker

Designer and Estimator for Langbeen Builders. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor’s in construction management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. In addition to that his hands on, management, and design experience in construction from prior roles sets him up to be perfect for pre-construction. Attention to detail and organization allows him to set clients up for a successful build.
